Xbox 360

I'll have an Xbox 360 in around 10 hours. I can hardly contain my excitement.
It's going to be so disappointing when I bring it home. I don't have a HD TV to enjoy it on.

I have the VIP pack sitting here. It was a good deal. Wireless control, faceplate, Perfect Dark Zero, access the the Xbox 360 VIP site, and some shitty promotional DVD for only $149.
It doesn't come with the Limited Edition of Perfect Dark Zero, but the EB guys were nice enough to give me the Limited Edition's case for free. I like the EB guys.

I've unpacked the wireless control from the VIP pack. I pick it up sometimes and pretend I'm playing games with it. It's a nice control. Very comfortable. I want more of them.

it's jerktastic

The 360 is out of this world for graphics and intense games.
Check out: Oblivion -if you're into rpg's at all, you'll cream your pants
Condemned: Criminal Origins (run around with a flashlight and track down a serial killer while homicidal fucks try to make rough man love to facial orifices)
Call of Duty - first person, continuing the series. Lots of life like scenes.
Quake 4 - Awesome multiplayer

Re: it's jerktastic

I bought Oblivion last week. Pants have been creamed.
I thought about Condemned, but wasn't so sure about paying for it.
I might have to abuse EB Games 7 day return policy for that one.
I've never played a Call of Duty game. I'm afraid the super realistic gameplay would turn me off. I hated Rainbow Six for those reasons.
Quake 4 belongs on a PC, where I played it months ago.

I'll download the Call of Duty demo from Xbox Live tonight and try it out.
